1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ScoreReady at scoreready.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
ScoreReady provides an online platform for practicing the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), including timed full-length practice exams, score reports, percentile benchmarking, and question-by-question explanations. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial preparation purposes only.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Access to practice exams requires an active paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service under your account.
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute exam questions or content from the Service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including practice questions, explanations, and software — is the property of ScoreReady and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that practice on ScoreReady will result in any particular score on the actual CCAT or any improvement in job placement outcomes. CCAT® is a registered trademark of Criteria Corp; ScoreReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by Criteria Corp.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
